Well we did our annual celebrating with our best family friends, the Williams. This time Christina made it out... and an addition to celebrating was Michael's girlfriend Katherine. We have been doing this for every year that I can remember, only missing one because we had a gymnastics meet down in Florida.... We ate at Champps, then headed back to the Williams to play Spoons.... (It was very violent... Dawn broke one of my nails, and we broke probably about six or seven plastic spoons!!!!) Then played some Catch Phrase where the women went ahead and beat the men 4-0, and rang in the new year with Dick Clark and Ryan SeaCrest!!!!

Visiting

While driving over to the West side of the state, we like to try and stop by Kim and Doug's (Kim was my gymnastics coach from as long as I can remember back to when I was in 9th grade, have visited her in California when she moved to Sacremento, St. Louis when she moved to St. Louis, and Maryland when she lived in Maryland.... luckily now she lives in GR so we can visit her everytime we visit the GR Burrills). Spent a few hours over their catching up... got to see her sister, Jill and her husband (Jill was also my coach), as well as her mom (who was a judge), and Chad (their brother who used to coach the guy's team) and all of their kids!!!! It was awesome catching up with her!!! They are such a great family!!!

CHRISTMAS EVE!!!!

A little peak into what we do on Christmas Eve!!!! Bake and frost cookies :)Here everyone is getting into it.... This was approximately 10:00 PM... right before the men had to go and drive an hour back to the Detroit airport to pick up my sister's and Eric's luggage that didn't make it with them on their morning flight.

Day one in Michigan

We went to the MSU hockey game tonight (didn't plan on it, but ended up getting tix and deciding to go). It was so much fun, and we won, 3-1 to Western Michigan!

Watched the Mandel kids on Saturday morning while Mitzi was doing some photography sessions. Logan and Nathan had a soccer game.... and Megan was playing with these oh so precios frogs (even though they are not my things!!!!). Here are some pics of the morning!!!

Viva Las Vegas...... Me, my sis, my mom, Dawn, Megan, Tammy, and Katie all went out to Vegas to celebrate Megan's and Katie's 21st.
