Malibu

Megan and I went to the beach this morning with Mitzi. While Mitzi took pictures for her beach sessions me and Megan played together!!!!

Pool Time... Again :)

We were supposed to go scrapbooking today, but for some reason it was closed, so instead Mitzi came over with Megan and the Coopers to play for the afternoon!

Surfing and Dodger Game!

Linder and I went down to Malibu today and learned how to surf!!!!!
There is Linder standing up on her longboard!!!! YEAH:) Or as Linder would say, SCORE!
There I am coming in at the tail end of the surf standing up on my shortboard!

While learning to surf, you have to be able to be stable and ride the wave in on your knee first.... Then, attempt to stand up!!!!

Surfing = a new favorite sport... Dear Santa, what i want for christmas is a surfboard and wet suit! Thanks :)

Jason (Linder's man) was nice enough to give us surf lessons!

And.... we rock :)

Then... on to the dodger game with Kris, Tammy, and Francine... The seats were legit!!! And we were seating about four to five rows behind Will Ferrel!!!! Pretty AWESOME!

Baseball and Sweet Hart

Myself and the Mandels went to the West Ranch baseball game at Notre Dame high school. Two blocks away was a candy/cupcake/frozen yogurt shop called Sweet Harts... owned by Melissa Joan Hart (ya know, from Sabrina the Teenage Witch... or better yet, Clarissa Explains it All). The coaches decided to join us at Sweet Harts for some tasty treats! Brady and Casey

A day in Northern California

We also took a trip to Muir Woods... since this was a last minute trip to Muir Woods, we didn't pack accordingly to do a legit amount of hiking.... (neither one of us had any type of hiking shoes... we were both in flip flops), but we walked around for about an hour and a half looking at various Redwoods.

It was a great day in Northern California. We came out for Brian Otis's wedding (one of Brady's high school friends... the wedding pics to be updated later). We decided, kind of last minute, to take a trip up to Muir Woods and San Francisco, and then tomorrow drive down part of CPH (California Pacific Highway) and visit Herst Castle on the way back home. A very nice impromptu weekend vacation before summer school starts up on July 1.

Fathers Day at Ventura
