Brady and Casey Make the LA Times

http://www.latimes.com/sports/la-sp-sondheimer11-2009may11,0,364462.column

Click on the link above. Apparantly Brady and Casey had an article written about them in the LA Times (no surprise Brady didn't tell me about it). I had to find out through one of the Valencia baseball players dad's at the Valencia vs. Saugus game yesterday and Mitzi's link..... So anyways its a pretty cool article.

Barefoot

The book I read for the month of April was called Barefoot by Elin Hilderbrand. I strongly suggest it. It was about three women taking three months off over the summer to live in their cabin out on 'Sconset Island out east. Each are going through some issues and they have come to escape reality. Along the way they meet a college boy home for the summer who helps the ladies out by watching the two kids of theirs that tagged along for the summer! It is a book that steps us into these four people's lives and leaves you feeling like you have shared their summer with them, the highs and the lows and everything in between! It is definately a read that I would suggest for this summer!
